The Final Mark may use third-party platforms (e.g., Squarespace, Stripe, Venmo, Notarize) for website functionality or payment processing. These services have their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to review.

Your Rights

You may request to review, update, or delete your contact information at any time. Notarial records, however, are retained in accordance with Colorado law and cannot be altered or destroyed before the required retention period ends.

Minors

The Final Mark's services are intended for individuals 18 and older. Notarial services for minors require the presence and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
