Common Queries

  • What services do you offer?
    I offer general and remote notary public services, acknowledgments, jurats, oaths & affirmations, power of attorney documents, estate paperwork, and more. Mobile notary and after-hours appointments are available by request. I do not currently offer loan signing notarizations.
  • Are you a licensed notary?
    Yes. I am a state-commissioned Notary Public and I stay current with all state requirements and continuing education.
  • What areas do you serve?
    I proudly serve any city within 30-45 minutes of Aurora, Colorado. Mobile appointments are available within a 20-mile radius. I also offer remote notarization.
  • Do I need an appointment?
    Yes, appointments are needed to ensure availability and privacy. Same-day and urgent services may be accommodated depending on schedule.
  • What do I need to bring to a notary appointment?
    A valid, unexpired photo ID (such as a driver’s license or passport) is required. Please also bring the document(s) to be notarized, fully completed but unsigned.
  • Do you notarize wills or living trusts?
    Yes, I notarize certain estate documents, including living trusts and powers of attorney. I do not provide legal advice—please consult an attorney if you need help preparing these documents.
  • Do you offer luxury or event notary services?
    Yes—The Final Mark offers high-end notary experiences for weddings, private affairs, and formal events. These sessions are tailored to match the tone and decor of your special occasion.
  • How much do you charge?
    Rates depend on the type of document, number of signatures, travel distance, and after-hours. You’ll receive a quote when you book. Transparency is always part of my service. I will never charge over $15 per document needing to be notarized. For electronic or remote notarizations, I will never charge over $25 per notarial act. Again, travel distance will be an additional charge and will vary. Appointments requested before 9 AM or after 5 PM may incur a premium rate for after-hour appointments. I do require the travel distance fee upon booking and the notarial fee can be processed at your appointment before I complete the notarization.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    Cancellations within 12 hours of the appointment time may incur a fee. No-shows will be billed the full travel distance fee. Please cancel 24 hours in advance to avoid a fee. You can cancel by email, text or call. Wait for a confirmation message to confirm your cancellation.
  • Do you accept cashless payments?
    Yes, I accept Venmo, Zelle, and major debit cards (I can swipe on site). I do not accept credit cards. I require the travel distance fee upon booking and the notarial fee can be processed at your appointment before I complete the notarization.
  • Can you notarize documents in Spanish?
    While I am fluent in Spanish and can assist with understanding, I can only notarize documents written in a language I am legally permitted to work with under state law. Please inquire for specifics.
